All-Star Teams:
Start a exhibition game at the main menu. At the Team Select screen press R1, R1, R2, R2,
L1, L2, L1, L2 and a fourth option bar will appear. You can choose either the 94/95
All-Star game, or the 95/96 All-Star game by selecting the ALL-STAR option.
