Start the game with the commandline parameter beatrix. Then during
gameplay, press [Ctrl][Shift][C] and enter the codes:
gold - 1000 gold
mana - 1000 mana crystals
fog - Toggle fog ON/OFF
explore - Toggle exploration
spells - Research all spells
win - Level complete
lose - Lose level
freemove - Free movement
towns - Ownership of all independent towns German
