Extra Mode
At the Title Screen, press START. As soon as Rocky appears running on
the screen, press the buttons: Y,A,R,A,B,A. You'll hear a sound and be
taken to the Extra Mode, where you can change the controls, chang the
sound from Stereo to Mono and raise your continues.
