Dragon-Powered Brawler Heroes of Mount Dragon Launches on Consoles and Epic Games Store
RuniQ's Co-op Combat Adventure Now Available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store, and Steam — with Xbox Series Coming Soon
Quebec City, Canada — September 25, 2025 — RuniQ, the Quebec-based indie studio formed by veterans behind Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, Skylanders, and Call of Duty, today announced that their acclaimed co-op brawler Heroes of Mount Dragon is officially available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Epic Games Store. The game is also available on Steam, where it debuted earlier this year, with an Xbox Series X|S release in development and arriving at a later date.
Transform Into a Dragon and Dominate the Arena
Set in the mythical world of Üna, Heroes of Mount Dragon is a side-scrolling brawler where players fight as chosen heroes destined to become Dragon-Souls — warriors bonded with ancient dragon eggs. Each hero boasts a unique fighting style and can transform mid-battle into a mighty dragon, unlocking devastating new moves to crush enemies and rule the arena.
Combat is fast, fluid, and expressive, letting players chain combos, launch aerial juggles, and weave human and dragon powers together. With mechanics like magical power-ups and curses that change the flow of battle, every encounter is an opportunity for creativity and stylish mastery.
Built for Multiplayer Mayhem
Heroes of Mount Dragon thrives in both cooperative and competitive play. Up to four players can join forces locally or online to battle colossal boss beasts in story-based stages, or go head-to-head in skill-driven arena matches.
Dynamic environments, stage-specific mechanics, and a diverse hero roster ensure endless replayability. At launch, six heroes are available, with two more joining in late October to expand the roster and keep the meta evolving.

Heroes of Mount Dragon is out now on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. The Xbox Series X|S version will follow at a later date.
The game is localized in English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese.
