SHANGHAI – Sept. 24, 2025 – Developer Team Soda and publisher BILIBILI GAME are excited to announce that Escape From Duckov, the indie extraction shooter that's already captured the hearts of thousands of PC gamers, is officially launching on October 16 on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, plus Mac via the Mac App Store. Team Soda and BILIBILI GAME shared the news as part of today's Indie Fan Fest showcase. Organized by Digital Bandidos and The Mix, Indie Fan Fest revealed a bevy of new wishlist-worthy indie gems and updates on games like Duckov.
Duckov is a funky and adorable duck-themed single-player top-down PvE extraction shooter. Unlike hardcore tactical shooters, the game features cartoonish enemies, fog-of-war mechanics, and randomly dropped loot. Combined with base-building, weapon customization, and progression systems, it offers high replayability and extensive depth that will keep players coming back for more.

Duckov, originally announced earlier this year, catapulted to the upper echelons of Steam's most-played demos, thanks to its unique blend of extraction shooter combat, a deep base building and progression system, and a mysterious egg-shaped planet to desperately eggstract yourself from.
