Shape of Dreams Celebrates Launch Success with 100K Copies Sold
The debut title from Lizard Smoothie incorporates community feedback with Day 1 patches addressing changes to progression, difficulty, rewards and more
South Korea – September 12, 2025 – After just 24 hours on Steam, 1-4 player co-op action roguelite Shape of Dreams has already seen incredible success, selling over 100K copies and reaching 30K concurrent players. NEOWIZ and Lizard Smoothie are incredibly humbled by the reception to the game and extend their heartfelt gratitude to the players who have already delved into The Rapids.
In addition to celebrating this achievement, the team at Lizard Smoothie has been hard at work to deliver hotfixes that address community feedback. A patch issued this morning creates a much friendlier progression system, adjusts enemy HP and damage values in Easy and Normal difficulties and increases Stardust reward drops. Shape of Dreams is available now on Steam for $24.99 USD, with a 20% discount available until Wednesday, Sept. 24. The roguelite title is also available in two Steam bundles through collaborations with Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor and Warm Snow: Rock and Dream and Dream of Snow. These bundles will grant players an additional 10% off from the launch discount.
