MOLE: A horror game about piloting a colossal drilling machine
January 29, 2026 – Developer Off Black Creations and publisher Oro Interactive are glad to reveal MOLE, a psychological horror experience set in a colossal drilling machine deep beneath post-war Slavic soil. Keep the machine running at all costs. Survive impossible depths as isolation and madness blur reality. MOLE launches on Steam in Q2 2026, with a free demo available now for players ready to begin the descent.
To mark the announcement, Oro Interactive has released a new trailer drawing players deeper into the descent inside MOLE.
Keeping the Mole Alive
MOLE draws on themes of religion, madness, and guilt as your journey into the Earth progresses. Featuring horrifying set pieces and cinematic sequences, buckle in for a memorable ride. Players are expected to figure out the machine’s failing systems and do their best to survive what might be a coffin.
