Assassin's Creed Odyssey has been crushing it out of the gate, and if Ubisoft is to be believed, it's the highest selling game in the series, beating out Black Flag and the rest. An update has just been applied, but oddly, we don't have the complete patch notes from Ubisoft yet. Instead, we have a statement that the update will take care of some bugs (there have been some reports of massive, but rare frame rate drops and some rare but serious clipping issues), a claim that the patch "improves performance and stability," quality of life," and "usability movement" fixes, in addition to "various game breaking issues that could happen in specific conditions." Yeah. Pretty vague.

Oddly, the patch notes that we do have finish with this statement: "Stay tuned for additional information concerning the changes included in 1.0.3."  This is not completely unheard of, but for a game this size (and a patch that will feast on around 2 gigs of data, depending on your system) we would expect the full patch notes.

The update is already live on Xbox One, here are the patch sizes for the various systems, and stay tuned, we'll let you know what is going on with the patches when we hear more.

Patch Sizes:
PS4: 2.3GB
Xbox One: 2.23GB
PC: 1.9GB
