The 17 year old  Pokémon Crystal originally launched in Japan and blew everyone's minds. It was basically a beefed up version of Gold & Silver, with added animations during the battles, in addition to straight up kicking down the gender door by letting players be a boy OR a girl. That's right, Pokémon Crystal was hella woke.

Now, you can relive the glory days of Pokémon on the Nintendo 3DS on Jan. 26, for the reasonable price of $9.99.

Pokémon Crystal will also be compatible with Pokémon Bank, a paid service that lets players bring Pokémon from classic core games to the newer core games in the series. What exactly does that mean? That means that you can bring Pokémon from all 29 core games in the series to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon. You better bring some extra Poké balls, am I right?

You will also have the chance to run into the mythical Pokémon Celebi after completing the game, whereas in the original version, Celebi could only be obtained by using a special accessory. That's more Poké bang for your Poké buck right there!

As with Gold and Silver, Pokémon Crystal can take advantage of the wireless capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS, so you can battle and trade with your pals! Plus, if you use the time capsule feature, you can trade and brawl with Pokémon from Pokémon RedPokémon Blue and Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition.

On top of all that, Nintendo is giving you the option to buy a brand new Nintendo 2DS XL! Aww, thanks Nintendo! This special edition DS looks like a Poké Ball, and it can be yours for $159.99!

Pokémon Crystal is available on January 26th.
