This is probably the only free thing you'll ever get from Destiny 2, so lets hope it's worth it (Ziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!).
At least they are aiming for quality here. Bungie has brought in an Eisner award winning author to help pen the comic, so that definitely bodes well for the book. Ryan North (Dinosaur Comics, Marvel’s The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl) will be handling the writing duties (did I mention he's also a New York Times best selling author?), working in collaboration with the narrative lead on Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris, Christine Thompson. The interior art is going to be handled by "Destiny community fan favorite", Ze Carlos.
The comic will launch next week, and the image above is a sneak peak at the cover of the book, which was done by Marcio Takara (All-New Wolverine).
