Attack on City Update for Super Battle Golf, a major free content update featuring a brand-new City biome, team modes, new items, achievements, cosmetics, and a wide range of quality-of-life improvements.
Welcome to the Attack on City Update
Take your golf game to the streets with over 18 brand-new holes set across a variety of locations, including a Japanese-inspired urban environment filled with buildings, narrow alleyways, rooftops, and construction zones. Every location introduces new routes, shortcuts, and opportunities for creative plays as players navigate the city's unique layout.
As the largest course expansion ever added to Super Battle Golf, the City biome gives players a fresh set of challenges, surprises, and a healthy dose of chaos. Whether you're searching for the fastest route to the hole or looking for the perfect angle to sabotage your friends, the City biome offers plenty of opportunities to do both.
Team Up and Take the Win
For the first time, Super Battle Golf introduces Team Modes.
Compete across multiple rounds as teams battle for points, with every player who reaches the hole contributing to their team's score. Players will need to work together, as teamwork is just as important as individual skill. Help teammates recover from bad shots, create opportunities for your squad, or use items to disrupt the opposing team. Whether you're helping a teammate make it to the hole or knocking the other team off course, every action can make the difference between victory and defeat.
New Items for Urban Golfing
The Attack on City Update also introduces several new items that add even more variety to every round. From growing into a giant golfer to summoning lightning storms, each item creates new ways to pull off unexpected plays and clutch moments.
Featured items include:
- Jumbo Burger: Turns your golfer into a giant, making you a much larger obstacle for everyone around you.
- Flash Camera: Blind nearby opponents and leave them struggling to line up their next shot.
- Smoke Bomb: Turn invisible until you shoot your shot, attack, or get hit.
- Rail Gun: Fires a powerful laser across the map.
- Thunderstorm: Summons a storm cloud over an area, striking players with lightning for a short duration.
New Cosmetics and Improvements
Alongside the new content, players can unlock a variety of cosmetic rewards through new achievements, including outfits, accessories, emotes, and additional customization options. The update also includes numerous quality-of-life improvements designed to make matches smoother and improve the overall gameplay experience.
Free Weekend on Steam
To celebrate the launch of the Attack on City update, Super Battle Golf will be free to play from July 16-20 as part of a Free Weekend event, accompanied by a limited-time Weekend Deal.
