Bandai Namco America have announced that Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment will be coming to the Americas later this summer for PlayStation 4 via the PlayStation Network, and that Sword Art Online: Lost Song will be coming to retail outlets in the Americas this fall for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
The games will feature origial stories based on the popular light novel and anime Sword Art Online and feature the simulated "Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game" (VRMMORPG) gameplay from the Sword Art Online storyline.

“Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment and Sword Art Online: Lost Song are both poised to bring the action and rich story of the highly popular Sword Art Online anime to life on the PlayStation family of consoles. The popularity of the light novel and anime have been growing at an astonishing rate and we’re excited to add the Sword Art Online franchise to our company’s illustrious roster of popular anime games.”
The press release also says that players with save data from the PS Vita version of the game will be able to transfer some items to the PS4 version, and that PS Vita DLC will be unclockable on the PS4 at a later date.
